Terms & Conditions of Service

1. Garment Care & Inspection

We exercise the utmost care in processing items entrusted to us. We adhere strictly to care label instructions provided on garments. Where care labels are missing or incomplete, items are cleaned with the customary process for that fabric type at the owner’s risk.

2. Pre-existing Damage & Buttons

We cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or color loss that are not readily apparent prior to processing. Buttons, beads, buckles, and decorative trims that cannot withstand standard cleaning solvent or steam heat are the manufacturer’s responsibility.

3. Stain Removal

While we use professional spotting agents to treat stubborn stains, complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed without risking damage to the fabric fibres or original dyes.

4. Collection & Storage

Finished garments are expected to be collected within 30 days of completion notification unless special arrangements have been made in advance.
